Leading up to the appointment is a key period where we prepare your return from the data you have provided. There are tools, templates and links to ensure your information is right. The appointment then is to explore your work life and ensure we have all of your deductions. We call this optimising your return.

In addition we work from a membership basis, where you will receive your own secure log in, personalised library of programmes and information (we call journeys), as well as 12 months of support to help you through buying/selling investment properties, buying/selling shares and even in the unlikely event of a tax audit.

Reviewing your last 2 years tax returns affords us the bigger picture, enabling us to assess the viability of amending those returns and access additional refunds. Especially important if you have been doing them yourself or through a larger tax return vendor. Additional $145 / amendment.
